Returns & Exchanges

At Poppy Playtime Official Store, we want you to love your gear; if you are not satisfied with your fashion apparel, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
